When Tim organised a surprise proposal for his gorgeous partner Nikki, he wanted her family and friends involved so he made it happen!

The Surprise Proposal

Nikki said: I arrived late so I walked in with my head down and I could feel a big crowd of people over on the other side. Standing in the middle of a magnificent view all by himself was my partner Tim. I then noticed a big group of people including my dad and Tim's sister. Tim then got down on one knee and asked me to spend the rest of my life with him! I was very impressed with my Andrew Mazzone engagement ring, I had never shown Tim any photos of what I wanted but I remember telling him that if he did ever propose to me, I would like something simple. Which is exactly what I love about my ring! It's perfect!

Tim's surprise proposal secret is out!

Tim organised an event at O'Leary Walker Wines in the Clare Valley, with 30 of Nikki’s closest family and friends for lunch and to see the surprise proposal. Nikki’s friends were also in on the surprise and had told Nikki that she was going to O'Leary Winery for a friend’s birthday.

The Father of the Bride is Sal from MKR!

Nikki’s dad Sal had no idea about the proposal either, Tim had told him that he was going to the winery for a cousin’s birthday! Sal was recently a contestant on My Kitchen Rules and his experience on the show was amazing! Sal & his partner won the cookie challenge and their cookies were sold in Coles stores all around Australia. Sal is so excited and is now planning what he will cook up for Tim & Nikki's engagement party for 250 people.
