We proudly offer a lifetime guarantee on our custom made jewellery and signature designs on workmanship subject to inspections every 6 months.
Lost, damaged or chipped diamonds and stones are not covered under our warranty and if the piece is noticeably bent, damaged or showing signs of improper care upon inspection, we can repair the piece at a cost.
For the very unlikely event of any stones falling out or becoming damaged, personal insurance is highly recommended.

Our ready to wear collections carry a 15 year warranty on manufacture under normal wear, subject to instore inspections every 6 months.
This warranty covers all manufacturing faults, and does not cover damages, wear and tear, oxidisation and broken chains. Lost, damaged, or chipped diamonds and stones are not covered under our this warranty.

Please note, our warranties are void if you take your piece to another jeweller for resizing or repair work. We do not take responsibility for work carried out by other jewellers.
We always recommend the purchase of an independent insurance for your precious jewellery. This will cover anything outside of our warranty and protect you for circumstances out of your control, such as theft.
