I had a fantastic experience with Andrew Mazzone Design Jewellers. In particularly Amy who helped me through the entire design process of creating our engagement ring! As someone who knew very little about engagement rings and styles/ sizing etc, Amy was incredible to work with and the end result was even more amazing then I could imagined. My partner (now fiancée) is in love with her ring and we will definitely be back when the time comes for our wedding bands.

Strongly recommend! What I initially anticipated would be a daunting purchase was made easy as Selina was above and beyond with her professionalism... friendliness, time, patience, advice... everything from start to finish - with a perfect custom ring as the result. Our experience with Andrew Mazzone was exceptional! All the staff were super friendly and the showroom is stunning. In particular, our consultant Amy was amazing. Her service right from initial visit through to design process and post purchase was fantastic. She consistently followed up and communicated well throughout the whole process. Most of all, the engagement ring she assisted me with was absolutely everything I’d imagined and more - my partner loves her ring.

From the moment my husband and I walked in the door, we felt immediately welcome and looked after. Selina helped us create two custom wedding rings and the whole process was easy and seamless. We live interstate so there was a bit of back and forth to create our two rings but we felt heard and supported every step of the way. I can’t praise Selina enough, she gave us the most wonderful customer service and was genuinely interested in our story and was present throughout in the whole process. After much research online we decided to go to Andrew Mazzone Jewellers to entrust them to have a special birthday milestone ring made. From the moment we walked in the door the atmosphere was warm, friendly and inviting. While we consulted with Amy predominantly for ideas and advice through the process we had communication and helpful advice with everyone including Andrew. All genuine and patient . Nothing is too difficult. The ring was made in time for my birthday and it was stunning exceeding expectations. Communication was always fantastic with updates. We would have no hesitation in returning to them for future jewellery purchases and have recommended them to everyone. Amy was exceptional to deal with!

I’m so glad Selina was able to help my fiance make the ring of my dreams together. She helped him choose all the little details and pick the perfect diamond centre piece. Recenetly came here to organize getting an engagement ring design. From start to finish the whole process was lovely and everything went amazingly. Started of with a lovely worker who unfortunately went on a different career path, but her service was amazing and help set everything up. She then handed over to Selina who knocked it out of the park picking the diamond. Trusted her opinion and expertise and when it was time to pick up the ring it was everything I wanted. I was recommended by friends to come here and it was definitely worth it. I will continue to recommend people to come here.
