Sandra provided excellent help selecting my wedding band and we were grateful for Andrew’s expert advice on what would and wouldn’t work with wedding bands and engagement ring in terms of style and diamonds staying in place. The team resized my partners grandfathers ring and engraved it. Both our rings came out looking stunning. Highly recommend the service at Andrew Mazzone.

Recenetly came here to organize getting an engagement ring design. From start to finish the whole process was lovely and everything went amazingly. Started of with a lovely worker who unfortunately went on a different career path, but her service was amazing and help set everything up. She then handed over to Selina who knocked it out of the park picking the diamond. Trusted her opinion and expertise and when it was time to pick up the ring it was everything I wanted. I was recommended by friends to come here and it was definitely worth it. I will continue to recommend people to come here.

You guys, especially Selina, really made the whole process so easy and simple that it helped with the nervousness of the whole situation. She absolutely loves the ring, and it has been the topic of conversation for every person she sees or meets.A full 5 stars for great service!Side note, the reason I went with Andrew Mazzone initially, out of all the jewelers in Adelaide, was the amazing website that they have. Toby and I decided to break from tradition and shop for our engagement ring together, with me picking out exactly what I wanted. We visited several jewellers, but I couldn’t find my dream ring—a three-stone design with half-moon sides—anywhere. That is, until we walked into Andrew Mazzone.I was so excited when I saw they had the exact setting I had been imagining. It was absolutely beautiful, and I fell in love with it right away. From the moment we entered Andrew Mazzone to design our engagement ring we were warmly welcomed by all the staff including Sharee, who walked us through the whole process and took the time to get to know us as a couple (which is really refreshing). She answered all our questions and helped provide options when we weren’t sure, making the whole process effortless. There was no pressure to make the sale or push us outside of our budget.The genuine care and interest that Sharee has taken in this process is heartwarming and has really added to the whole experience. You could feel the excitement/happiness Sharee displayed once we had gotten engaged was genuine. I would highly recommend not only Andrew Mazzone but also speaking with Sharee to anyone.The quality and care taken to design the ring is flawless and I can’t fault them for anything. Went to into Andrew Mazzone for an engagement ring and Sharee and the rest of the team were amazingly helpful, she had all the time in the world for me and was incredibly accomodating to any changes I had.Clear and helpful information regarding timeframes and also respected my time frames of availability to not give away the secret!Cannot wait to go back in and organise the wedding rooms.
