Sapphire & Diamond wedding ring- Molly & Joe

When Molly came back into Andrew Mazzone Design Jewellers she knew she wanted something unique, so when she decided on a custom made sapphire & diamond wedding ring the Mazzone Team were all excited!

Andrew Mazzone said; We were all excited to create this intricate design especially when Molly wanted to add a diamond that was a gift from her mother to the wedding ring design as well. The end result was a beautiful abstract sapphire & diamond wedding ring that complements Molly's stunning oval diamond engagement ring perfectly.

Molly said; It was such a wonderful process working with the AMDJ team to create our wedding bands. I always knew I wanted something a little bit unique, yet still timeless. My mother had kindly given me a diamond which I wanted to incorporate in my wedding band and I forever adored sapphires. AMDJ ordered various stones for trial and we played around with all shapes and sizes. It was such a fun creative process and I absolutely love the result. I look down at my beautiful engagement & wedding ring everyday and feel so lucky!

Molly & Joe had been together 8 and half years when Joe proposed in the Barossa Valley on a special birthday weekend away. He proposed in the beautiful rose garden at their Air BNB Barossa Cottage and then they headed out to St Hugo Winery for a degustation dinner to celebrate! Molly & Joe were married at the beautiful Waverley Estate, Port Elliot on the 6th March 2021. With the difficulties caused by Covid-19 causing other couples to change and cancel their wedding plans both Molly & Joe were very grateful that the wedding went ahead exactly as they had planned. The day was a wonderful celebration of their love story. They felt blessed that they could be surrounded by all their beautiful friends and family some who travelled from interstate to attend their wedding.
